Well I am over my tantrum regarding my family earlier this week, there is nothing I can do about it, so might as well just let it go... don't really want the drama, but it seems the drama wants me... I think I must be relaxing some as I finally do not have a headache or migraine for the first time in a few weeks, it was really starting to wear on me to have a constant headache, if I didn't have such horrible insurance i would go see a dr. but alas I am sure they would consider it pre existing since I have had my head for the last 33.5 years.... anyway I am off to bed... got a busy day of knitting at work tomorrow... LOL.. that is one of the good things about my job!

Well this post is going to have a bunch of dirty words because well I am just that mad and I don't know how to handle it...this is almost beyond angry... so my fuck off of a sister... yeah the same one I was bitching about earlier, well she still hasn't found a place to live, but that is hard to do when you have no income..and her car started having issues, well my mom told me she loaned my sister her car, yeah she is a fucking liar, she gave my sister her 2007 Honda Pilot, just gave it to her...why because apparently when you have no job you deserve a nice car... then my grandmothers new husband is giving them his house, he bought a new one for my grandmother, and they don't have to pay for it...I guess beacue when you have no job, and there are jobs to be had here, you just have to want to work, you deserve a car and a fucking house free and clear. I just don't get it I don't get why my sister is so fucking great what is so special about her, I asked to print something out as I don't have a printer, and I was told I really should get a printer..WTF... I didn't ask for a house or car... I just don't get it, why am I so deplorable that I don't deserve a break... I just don't get it, then they have to lie to me, and its not like I am not going to find out... I just hate my family, and it makes me more mad that I can't do a damn thing about it, fuck, I am the horrible step child, but yet I was not the product of my mother's infidelity, that was my fat ass stupid fuck head of a sister... I just want to fucking scream, but it's not going to change anything...

Well things have been a bit interesting around here...

First off this is not meant to offend but it has kind of amused me... I have seen Jesus cat... our neighbors cat was hit by a car last week and ran off, we all assumed to die, well on Thursday hubby saw her lying in the back yard, she was in the same spot on friday and on Saturday morning ( the 3rd day ) while we were getting dressed to tell the neighbors she was dead, she jumped up or arose and ascended in to the basement... so now I call her Jesus cat...

My family is getting on my nerves as always.. but I don't think I am going to write about that now... not sure anyone else wants to read it, hubby is as usual astonished by some of the things said and done...

I am starting on my first pair of 2 at a time, toe up socks on a magic loop, I will have pics in a bit, its fun, but I do not like my bamboo needles they are sticky, I think I like metal needles better, I knit tight so I need my yarn to slide more, I have some wood dpns from knitpicks that are super sticky too...

So the kittens are going insane and now we are working on litter box training, that is not going so well... but they are slowly getting in..every time I ask hubby about putting them in the paper to get them homes he keeps delaying so I think they are now part of our family... LOL.. I am calling today to see about getting the mama fixed.. we do not need anymore... ever...

Well it's time to go do some laundry.. how fun and exciting...

So life has gotten rather dull here, but hey that's a good thing. Not much going on, which means no drama. Work has rumors of layoffs coming next month, but since they rank us and I was in the top 5% as well as hubby I think we are ok. Right now they are having people leave early.... not great on the pay check but better than not having a job.
Jazzy is getting adjusted to being in school, which is good. It's still rough getting up so early but we are adjusting. I think that is all for now, yeah kind of boring, but sometimes boring is good!

It is so nice, and there is some madarin orange lip balm that is yummy and feel good on my lips! I just love the coffee candy, and great thing with that candy is no one else likes coffee, so it's all mine!! So if my pal is reading this thank you so much I am so in love with my package...

I haven't made a blog post in a while, it's been super busy here, things are going well, and that is always good. I was able to join my first sock club, and I am so excited for that! It is the Retro Video Game sock club from Serendipitous Ewe! It combines 2 of my favorite things!! Sock knitting and video games, LOL..I am oh so hoping there is a Pac Man theme as I am dying for some yellow yarn, I don't really have a LYS near me and hobby lobby does not seem to have solid yellow...or even close to a yellow for sock yarn... we shall see... Kids are doing well, Jazzy went back to school on the 3rd of August, she is doing ok, going to take a bit to get back into the school habit... Ray is doing well too, he is starting to talk more which is good. Work is going well just wish Justin and I had some days off together, I thought it wouldn't be that big of a deal but really it's more crappy than I thought... I have been busy trying to knit up my mom's birthday socks.. I want to have them done by tomorrow night, and 1 is done and I am going well on the second so there is a chance...

All the drama is done! Yay! and I have decided to undertake a little project with my knitting... since I love love love knitting socks I am going to knit 365 pairs of socks and I started a blog to track my progress..

So we were able to get the electric mostly caught up.. we paid what we owe, which is a step in the right direction. However, the witch at the utility company was being a witch.. see the power is in BILS name and he and my sis seem to think that hubby and I are going to pay the current bill and the next bill and give them the 300 deposit we already paid, we have to pay that again already, which we knew, so that is a no go, we tried calling my sis and letting her know that is she paid us the difference in what the current bill was and what our deposit was we would pay that and put it in our name, so far she has not responded, but that would work in her best interest. I just don't get how they think we have all this money. Our utility bill this month has already cost 1100 more than what we planned, and now they think we have another 400... what ever...

Ok so on a good note, my sock knitting is going really well! I think I want to try lace knitting now too... I have seen some pretty shawls and scarves that look like they would be fun to knit! And on the kitty side of things the babies are doing well and growing well they have all doubled their birth weight!! Woo Hooo

We have kitties... arent' they just a little pile of cute. She had the first one at 2:38am July 15th, and well as soon as the first one was out she looked at it and ran away!! I had to get the sac off him ( I call it a him ) and rub him to get him breathing... but he's fine, the next little baby came at 3:20, the third at 3:55 and the 4th was there when I got back from going potty so I don't have exact time but it was before 5 am. Mama cat and the babies are doing well, and she's even handed them to me... that's all for now I have had exactly 2 hours sleep... being a kitty midwife is a hard job.. LOL...

and it won't leave.... more drama ... let's start with my sister... good lord will I be glad when this is all over... so she calls hubby on Sunday while I am at work, and tells him we have to pay the current bill, 223, plus what ever else is due for the house, he told her no, the deposit we paid will cover that, and he would pay the electric company anything over the deposit, which there shouldn't be much over the deposit, but we are not going to give her cash... she said no we would pay her and they are going to transfer the deposit we paid for and when they get it back in a year she will give it to us then... uhmm no we are already having to pay 1200 dollars I do not have another 300.. she then tells hubby if we did not pay her on Monday she will have the power cut on Wednesday.. he said so if we pay you you cut if off, if we don't you cut it off... not a really good ultimatum there... to which she proceeds to tell him what a looser I am and how no one in the family wants me here and what not... then my sis in law who was supposed to be moving out here, went to see her mom and I don't know what she was offered but now she actually thinks hubby and I are going to leave our jobs, that we like and make decent money at, leave all our things and take a plane back to vegas to live there... not in a million years.. but now all the " cool" family memebers that go out and drink and what not are so glad she's going to stay there... sorry I can't be a cool person and I want to be with my husband, and just him and my kids, I don't drink and I don't party... I like watching tv with the family while I knit.. when the boy lets me, LOL... just feels like crap the no family either side wants us....

ok I feel better now that I have my drama out somewhere...

I finished the vest I was test knitting last night, and got some pics of Ray in it. The sizing was perfect! Ray wasn't too thrilled to be modeling but oh well. I am not going to finish some socks I am test knitting, too bad I have to frog one back to the beginning since I didn't do so well on it!!

Well on the kitten side of things, they are still in her!! I am getting impatient waiting for her to have those things, LOL... I am not sure when she is due or the exact day she got preggo so it's just a wait and see kind of thing... hubby says squeezing her won't work either.. LOL...

ok well I am getting ready to head off to work... 2 more days until my weekend... oh anyone know where this week has gone?

Well I got a bit bored today and went blonde!! Now to see if I have more fun, LOL, mom says I look younger guess that is a good thing. I am just happy that it came out blonde and not orange.. LOL...

Well there is still no kittens... but at least tomorrow she will have hubby home as well as the rest of the weekend and then I will be home on Tuesday and Wednesday, so as long as she doesn't have them on Monday and Thursday, between 8 am and 7pm then all is well...

Knitting updates, the vest I am making for Ray as well as doing a test pattern on is going well, other than I broke the tip of my needle today. I just wanted to cry I really like these needles and now they are junk but I am still using them as I don't have anymore in a size 6 much less circular 6's... I hope to have the vest done tomorrow.. I am really enjoying testing patterns it's kind of cool to see someone else's vision come to life so to speak... I will post some pics of it soon...

Time to go to bed now.. I have to get up for work tomorrow... 1 day down 4 to go until my weekend... LOL...

Got a wild hair today and cooked breakfast, first good thing, kids still alive after eating!! And 2nd good thing it was yummy, I made french toast, but instead of using bread I used cinnamon raisin english muffins, yes it's still bread but not regular bread, Jazzy decided she no longer likes raisins since the little girl next door doesn't like them, so oh well she can eat at lunch... ray is just devouring it!

That I love knitting socks with the magic loop method!! I am working on sock 2 for the pattern I am test knitting, and I think I must have done the first sock drunk or something, and I don't drink, LOL... sock 2 is looking so nice I am totally frogging sock 1!! I am just sad that my hobby lobby doesn't carry circulars that are small enough and long enough... I may have to order some online so I can have more than one project going on at once...

I am so excited for my cat to have her kitten/s. It is so cool to see and feel the little one kick makes me remember my pregnancies!!

Anyway off to knit some more!!

Ok so I still have power which is a good thing, the only reason why is the apartment my sister is moving in to caught fire, her individual unit was ok, but the others in the building not so much, so they are not able to move yet, although I would not put it past my sister to just cut the power on us anyway, yes she is like that. I have not said anything to her since this began last week... yesterday I was driving by her house and all of the toys she told me my kids could have were thrown in the garbage to be picked up today... I think that is really mean, but what ever....

Let's see I finished my first sock for the test pattern I am doing, and well I am going to frog it...between some typos on the pattern and my misunderstanding of some instructions it looks like a sock but well its not as nice as it could be, I now have a better understanding of how the sock is made and how some of the stitches work so it should not take that long to redo it... I really don't like the yarn I am using and will not buy it again, it's the lion brand sock ease... it's way to fuzzy for my liking, and it's 75% wool 25% nylon...I am going well on the vest for Ray that I am testing too... I can't wait to finish that and see it on him!

My girl cat is so pregnant too, I can put my hand on her belly and feel the kitties move, its so weird and cool at the same time, the hubby is worried I am getting attached already and they aren't even born... I hope she has them soon... poor thing is getting so big!!

Why am I so mad...

Ok so why am I so mad lately... well it's like this... hubby and I finally got our shite together, all the bills have been paid and we are going well, some back story, back in dec I really really messed up the finances and our power was cut off, well my sister and her boyfriend were nice enough to put the power in his name so we could have power, we paid them the deposit and what not, so all has been going ok, there have been some issues with us giving them the money and yet the bill didn't get paid until we paid it a second time... but people hit hard times and we were ok, not happy but even though they never said where the money went we knew they used it for what ever they might have needed... well last night at 4:30 pm, half an hour before the power company closes my sis leaves me a message that since she can not afford the bill in her name they are turning the power off at our house and putting in her boyfriends name.... tomorrow ( friday ) so when hubby called the power company to see what we need to pay they told him 1200... yes 1200 dollars or no power, guess what we don't have lying around the house, so for the next 2 weeks we are going to be with out power and my family can not understand why i am mad.. I have a 7 year old and an 18 month old... and I am not going to have any power... If my sis would have told us a week ago the hubby would not have gone to vegas.. we would have had the money this week, we would have paid rent late.. but no they tell us basically the day before... so I am really pissed... this sucks so bad, yes its partly my fault but just wish I would have had some notice

Justin and Jazzy made it home, I am glad, Justin even took today off of work to spend with us. Justin even brought me home some new knitting needles, some bamboo 48" circulars and some sock yarn, which was nice. Although now I need some size 5 and 6 inch circulars, one day I may have enough needles, LOL!

Well its been a while since I last post, been kind of hectic here, with Justin and Jazzy heading off to Vegas. They left yesterday, and I of course was being kind of bitchy, justin even took me to a yarn store I have been wanting to go to and bought me a beautiful skein of yarn! I still don't like the fact that I feel Ray and I were excluded from the Family, and not by Justin, but by his family, but then again this is the woman that told me having the baby would ruin her life!! Yes she said that about her grandson, and she really never even tried to get to know him... oh well it is most certainly her loss! I am almost done with my first pair of socks and I can't wait to wear them!!! yay!!

So I am still going well on my first sock, there was a part I didn't quite get but I think I was able to fudge my way through, we shall see, I have turned the heel and am now working on shaping the instep, who knew socks had so many parts, LOL.

Today is Jazzy's last day as a 1st grader, I am still wondering where this school year went, I swear she was just starting the first day a week ago!! My baby boy is sick, and we are having a hard time breaking his fever, but Jazzy was like that too, so we have to piggy back tylenol with motrin, while his fever is down he is so happy go lucky, he even let me knit last night, then the medicine wore off and that was the end of the knitting for me...is it a bad thing I want to go to work so I can get some knitting done? I love that I can knit at work, it feels like I am getting paid to knit, hahaha

I wish I had days off with Justin, I really didn't think it would bother me to have diff days off, but it sucks.. and now he and Jazzy are about to be gone for a week, which leaves me all alone with Ray which means I have no help with him, not that I need it but there is no break at all.. which is not what I am used to .... I can't just run to the store when I get overwhelmed.. oh well we will muddle through.. anyway time to get ready for work..

well the cuff of my sock is done, and now I am starting on the body I guess... I am happy to say that I do not have the " ladder" thing happening in my rounds, I am using dpns. Justin and Jazzy leave for vegas, I don't really want them to go but oh well, I do get to go to a yarn store I have been wanting to go to for a few weeks now and it's on the way to the airport yay! It still really annoys me that justin's mom hasn't even asked if he would bring Ray, heck she doesn't really ask about him at all, but then again she didn't want us to have another baby, but this just wanting to see Jazzy isn't going to fly for long! I don't want him asking why his grandma doesn't want to see him, that's just absurd.

How sad am I that I am so addicited to I'm a celebrity get me outta here, I still think it's all staged but do I stop watching nope...lol kind of like when I was sitting on the sofa eating a big bowl of ice cream watching Biggest looser..hahaha..

I am trying to type this with a sleeping toddler on my arm. I can't believe he's growing up so fast, heck in 3 days Jazzy will be done with the 1st grade! What's even crazier is I am getting baby fever again, guess it's a good thing that I had my tubes tied, although I do hope for an opps, although that isn't likely, oh well, gonna just enjoy what I have now...

Time to lie the baby down maybe I will take a nap myself... or maybe I will knit some.. who knows...

Yay I have finished knitting up the pillow cover for Jazzy, it's almost done, I just need to sew it up!! I think it's so neat to see the difference from the first half to the second, since this is the first thing I have knit you can tell from how it looks to see how my comfort level increased. I am going to work on my socks and start a blanket for Ray... while I am happy with my knitting, that first pattern was a bit of a pain, lol... so many changes in each row! I will post pics tonight for all to see, well all who read this!

On a non-knitting note I think I am getting a kidney stone again, while I am not feeling like I have to pee all the time I am having bad pains in my side.. I have been drinking a ton of water hoping to flush it out, last one I had was horrible!

Time to get ready for work... then I am off for 2 days YAY!!

lol so today is my last day off this week... oh well no biggie, it is my 3rd day off after all, just feels like i have done nothing all week... I did manage to finish half of the pillow I am making for Jazzy, I let her stay home from school today, and I am thinking that was a bad idea, we went shopping at walmart and well after telling her to stop touching things numerous times, she still was touching and managed to break something, and I am not sure how to punish her, so for now she is grounded to her room until I can talk to my husband to see what the best punishment is...

I was trying to work on the second half of her pillow, but it's so humind it's making the acrylic yarn almost sticky and its not sliding on my needles like it has been... so I am going to be a total bum today and play video games all day...

On a positive note Ray peed in the potty again! Yay!

yay, I have an extra day off today, paid! Was going to knit all day but decided to just run some errands and get some stuff done, i have tomorrow off and wed... anyway so I am now trying my had at knitting some socks, and I have to say I love using the dpns, not only is it a bit challenging, but it's kind of cool to look at too, and more people ask about that than regular knitting... I am going to take some pics of my sock work in progress so I can show it off, it's not perfect, but I am still enjoying it...

So I am sitting here at work in our " cyber Cafe" wondering what to do with the 40 mins left in my lunch, really think I am going to go back to my desk and knit, lol...

So Ray went pee pee in the potty again this morning, all of us were dancing around cheering him on, LOL... but hey it's still a start!

I am trying to decide what I want to knit next when I am done with Jazzy's pillow, I really want to make something for me but I am not sure if I am up to the challenge, but how will I get there if I don't just try...

Yesterday wasn't so bad at work, didn't get much work done on Jazzy's pillow, but I did read a knitting book and I think it's helped, I am positive the piece I am working on now will be the back of her pillow.. I just need to get this done and get her a blanket, egads more pink, before June 23, I hope I can do it. People at work are now watching me knit asking for me to make something, hubby, jokes and tells them I can't finish anything... I was thinking as long as they buy the yarn then I will do it, I get to do something I love and at no cost to me... hopefully I can get Jazzy's pillow done and they will see that I can finish things.

Hubby is working an extra day today, going to get some overtime which is good!

I am trying to get Jazzy off to school so I can go back to bed, as long as the baby doesn't get up. The cat that ran out Wed. night finally came back last night around 5am! I had figured 24 hours and no sign of her she was gone, but no she came back... I am happy for Jazzy, but really the cat is a bitch, lol...

well Jazzy is off to school so I am off to lie down for 45 mins!

I just have to add that Ray went pee pee in his potty!! Yay!! He is so proud of him self too, lol, and we have this pair of boxer briefs for him that if he goes in the potty he gets to wear so as soon as he went, he said" bockers" lol...I am so proud of my big boy!!

Ok, so my weekend is Tuesday and Wednesday, and well now it's Thursday so it's over and back to work I go, but it's not too bad, I can get some knitting done while I am at work!! I have promised myself and my suprevisor that I am not going to take any sick days during the month of June... if you think about it, that isn't that hard, I mean I work 5 days a week and there are 4 weeks in the month, so that is 20 days that I have to work... I think I can do it, LOL.

I really want to finish this pillow cover I am making for Jazzy, I am kind of tired of pink, lol.

Ray had his 18 month check up yesterday, and well it was fine, he is now at 22lbs... I am still tired of hearing how he is on the small side... but really he is in the 10% for weight and 15% for height, and I can not control his height, sorry nothing I can do about that, but the dr. wants him closer to 50% for weight, I am not going to do that to him...he is fine the way he is, and we wonder why people here are so obese, heck it seems to start with the kids, everyone wants fat chubby babies...my son is healthy and happy I am not going to force weight on him, that's just ridiculous! Heck, he has the baby beer belly, and while he may not weigh alot, he is solid.. so it's not like he has ribs sticking out or anything of that nature, and they have done blood work on him, he is perfectly healthy!!

Ok have to go shower for work..

Oh how I miss the days of sleeping past the rising of the sun. Finally it's not the kids the baby has been sleeping all night now and in his own crib, which he is out growing rapidly!! It's the dog... and what I don't get is on a work day I take him out at 7:45 am then at 8:30am into his kennel he goes while we are all at work/school/sitters and I get home at 6:30pm the little guy has had no accidents, so then he is out and about until bed time which is about 1:30am then by 6:15 am he is whining to get up and go out.. and I know him well enough now to know that if I don't get up and take him out he will go in his cage.... this morning's whine fest resulted in my minor melt down of rolling out of the bed falling to my knees and crying " just one morning please, just let me sleep in one morning!" to which I hear my husband's half asleep chuckle reply " you wanted the dog" my handy dandy reply of shut the f up cause another chuckle...you know one day I am going to make him get up take the dog out, get Jazzy dressed for school and deal with the baby while I sleep, bah who am I kidding I wouldn't be able to sleep anyway.

Once all the drama is done and I get Jazzy on the bus ( 7:10am) I enjoy the time alone to myself I can read blogs and forums, I can post, and just be alone for 30 mins, and that's pretty nice.

Today I have to take Ray to the dr.s for his 18 month check up, he's getting shots today as well...I hope my mighty midget is finally growing well, he's been in the 5% bracket for height and weight for a long time, don't get me wrong he's healthy, but I am tired of hearing the dr. bitch that he needs to grow more...you know some people are just little and Ray may be one of them...
any way I have getting his shots, I don't necessarly agree with them, they don't always work, let's see I got whooping cough when I was pregnant with him and I was vaccinated, lol, I also don't like the cocktail of shots, but with Jazzy being in school I don't want to risk him getting something she may bring home ...

ok I am going to go eat, see if my WoW char sold anything, and start my day...

Ok, so this is my first official blog. I called this kids and knits, because these are 2 things I love, my kids and my knitting, however I am not so good at either... let me tell you I need practice in being a mom as well as knitting... but the good ting is I am learning both, the bad thing is I can't frog out my kids if I make a mistake... anyway it's late and I need a snack before I go to bed, well I hope my blog will be enjoyed by any who read it, if not oh well... I will have fun with it...
